Which dish did Mark cook in the competition?

Woman: So you've won the teenage chef competition, Mark - congratulations!

Mark: Thanks! In the competition, you choose whether to cook a meat, fish or vegetarian dish; then you're judged on the taste and how attractive it looks. I couldn't decide between fish and vegetables - I've never been brilliant at meat dishes. Then I found the judge was an expert in cooking fish, which worried me, so I went for my other choice - and won!

Boy: How was your morning?

Girl: OK, thanks. I had Mrs Ellwood for science just before lunch and we did an interesting experiment. You've got her after the lunch break, haven't you?

Boy: I have. I'm sure it'll be more exciting than the art class I had when you were doing science.

Girl: Oh, I've got that next- I enjoy it though, not like you! I've got a nice afternoon, actually, as I've got that and then music with Mr Williams.

Boy: Lucky you! Anyway, have a good afternoon.

Girl: Thanks - you, too!

Girl: It's the big running race on Saturday, and I know loads of local people are coming along to watch and cheer. I'm feeling really nervous about it, which is a bit unexpected, but then a lot depends on the result. This time, if I win, I can go on to compete in the national championships. That's putting a lot of pressure on me. I just know the other competitors will have spent months preparing for it, and I can't really claim that if I'm honest. So I suppose if I don't get the result I'm hoping for, which is likely, I've only got myself to blame.
